Bio
Bill Beltz is the founder and principal engineer of QUANT LAB USA INC, a Macon, Georgia custom software and cybersecurity firm. He works directly with every client — there are no account managers, no junior outsourcing, and no offshore handoff.
His engineering background is full-stack with a heavy bias toward systems that touch real money or real operations: live trading platforms, payment infrastructure, multi-tenant SaaS, and operations software that runs day-to-day businesses. The offensive-security practice grew out of the same instinct — if you build systems, you should know how they break.
He writes the long-form essays on this blog from inside live engagements, not from a marketing brief. If a number, range, or claim shows up in a post, it came from a real RFP, quote, or shipped project.
